1. Role of BookYourCelebrity
- The Platform acts as a facilitator and coordinator for bookings between clients and artists or their authorized representatives.
- All transactions and communications must be conducted via the Platform.
- BookYourCelebrity is not responsible for the conduct, commitments, cancellations, payments, or representations made by any party outside the Platform.
2. Liability
- BookYourCelebrity does not guarantee that any artist will be available at the scheduled time or that event outcomes will align with client expectations.
- The Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or any transaction conducted through it.
- Any disputes, cancellations, or non-performance issues are to be managed between the parties involved, though the Platform may provide coordination support.
3. Artist Profiles & Authenticity
- Some artist profiles are managed and verified by BookYourCelebrity; others are self-uploaded by the artist or their representative. The Platform does not guarantee that all information is fully accurate, up to date, or endorsed.
- Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making commitments based on the contents of any profile.
4. Intellectual Property & Media Usage
- All media (images, videos, logos, graphics) displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for promotional purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is prohibited.
- Artists grant BookYourCelebrity the right to display their profiles and promotional media on the Platform.

- Personal information provided by users (clients or artists) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using the Platform, users consent to collection, use, and storage of personal data as required for coordination of services.
